Just because the Bright City Center offers affordable residential spaces, it does not mean that the residents will not be getting the same kind of treatment as those of other condominiums.

The security and safety of the residents are of utmost importance to the management of the Bright City Center Condominium, which is why they spared no expense to provide only the best. Keeping an eye out for the residents is a team of highly-trained and professional security guards. Not only are there always a guard or two posted at the entrance of the condominium building, there are also a couple of them who are patrolling the hallways, corridors, and other public spaces to make sure that everything is in order and check up on the residents to see if any of them need anything.

Aside from the guards, a dozen or so security cameras are also installed in certain places in the building. Some of them are in discreet locations while others are out in the open to discourage would-be thieves and intruders from trying anything funny. There are also smoke and fire detectors in every residential unit, so that in the event of a fire, it will trigger the emergency sprinkler system to extinguish the flames and prevent it from doing further damage.

The building is also quite cleverly designed so that all of the hallways are cooled by the natural crosswinds that are in the area. Even in the middle of the day, the hallways leading to your residential unit will always have a slight cool breeze.

If you are looking for a nice place to sit and relax, you can ride the elevator to the roof deck of the building to find a Sky Garden. This nice little plot of nature located on top of a mid-rise building provides just the right touch of nature to make you disconnect from all the stress and negative energy of urban living if only for a while. There are chairs and benches on the rooftop where you can sit and hang around with your friends and family while enjoying the view of the city from a high vantage point.

There is also a small play area for kids on the roof deck. Do not worry. There are high fences around the play area so they are completely safe. In addition, the high fences also prevent the kids’ toys from flying over the edge and possibly hitting someone on the ground.

The building also has several backup generators so that in case of a power outage, the residents will still have lights in their residences. If they need to charge their electronic devices, they just need to head over to the common areas and find an open convenience outlet.
