If you work in one of the many office buildings in the Cubao Business District, you will only need to commute for around fifteen minutes to get to your office. You do not even have to bring your car to work. Actually, it is much easier to just commute to and from Cubao since there are plenty of public transportation options readily available in the area. You do not even have to deal with the usual morning rush hour traffic. You are so near Cubao that you can leave home at 7:30 in the morning and still have more than enough time before the clock strikes 8:00AM. This also means that your trip going home will not be exhausting either. You will have more time and energy to spend with your family as a result.

Since you are near the Cubao District, it also means you live close to one of the biggest commercial areas in the Metro. There are several shopping malls in Cubao and they offer a mix of high-end shopping and bargain basement sales. It is highly unlikely that you will not find anything that you are looking for when you are in the Cubao area. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the place so you will always have a place to go to when you get tired from an entire day’s worth of shopping.

If you are looking for entertainment options, there are plenty of them to find in the Cubao business district as well. For one thing, you have the Araneta Coliseum, which is one of the premier venue for concerts and shows. Here, you can catch local and foreign acts on concert almost every weekend. Just beside the Araneta Coliseum is another great concert venue, the KIA Theater. This is relatively new and offers more modern amenities. If you are a culture vulture, I suggest that you check out the monthly schedules of both of these theaters so you will always be in the know regarding the acts that will be performing.

There are also plenty of public and private elementary and high schools in the area. Some are within walking distance from the condominium. There are also colleges and universities situated along the stretch of E. Rodriguez Avenue, one of the most notable is the Trinity University of Asia (once called Trinity College of Quezon City). This huge university is just one short jeepney ride away from the Bright City Center. If you want even more choices when it comes to higher education, you just need to take a short jeepney ride going into Manila to find yourself in the middle of the famed University Belt where you can see some of the best colleges and universities in the country.
