Just because the Bright City Center Condominium offers neat residential units at affordable prices, it does not mean that it does not provide the same kind of amenities as other, more expensive condominiums.

The location of the Bright City Center is actually more than a good reason for people to move in. It is near schools, places of worship and commercial centers. In fact, you can get to the Cubao area in less than fifteen minutes, even faster when you go there after the morning rush hour. Once you are in Cubao, your shopping and entertainment choices are almost endless.

Aside from shopping and concerts, another perk of living in Bright City Center is that you are just minutes away from a couple of good schools and universities, making it one of the best places to raise your family. You also do not have to worry about medical care and hospitals, as there are some large hospitals like the St. Luke’s Medical Center and the National Children’s Hospital. You will never be more than a few minutes away from urgent medical services whenever you need them.

Sure, the Bright City Center Condominium does not have a swimming pool area. However, considering everything else that you will be getting for much less money than you would spend at other condominiums, you can easily overlook this small issue.
